As the Australian National Band Championships wraps up for another year, congratulations to our Junior Brass Band on their great results in Melbourne!
The band placed 2nd in Junior B Grade Brass, 4th in Open D Grade Brass, 1st in the Open D Grade Street March, as well as the title of Best Drum Major!
Our soloists also rose to the challenge with Julian Eckermann taking out 1st place in the Junior Euphonium and Erin Wilkie scoring 3rd place in Junior Clarinet and 3rd place in Open Clarinet.
Another (long!) weekend of brilliant performances on the National stage!
